Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year work experience in health care admin, financial, or insurance customer service, claims, billing, call center or management.
• Senior level requires two years of related experience and one year in the exact job.

Responsibilities

• Route all tickets daily (delivery, pickup, service), create sensible routes for technicians.
• Maintain knowledge of HME products, services, and applicable regulations.
• Clear routes daily with delivery technicians to ensure completion of all stops.
• Screen tickets for mistakes and escalate as needed.
• Verify delivery/pickup details and communicate with technicians and couriers.
• Improve productivity by efficient routing and reducing costs per delivery.
