As the heartbeat of the scheduling team, you’ll communicate with caregivers, nurses, and families daily, adapt to changes, and support the department with a professional, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in office, call center, or customer service.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office or scheduling software.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Reliable, organized, and able to thrive under pressure.
• Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude.
• Healthcare or home care background is a plus but not required.
