Job summary

Arrow Senior Living in Missouri is seeking a Care Coordinator to support Liberty and Blue Springs locations. This full-time role features a 8:30am–5:00pm schedule, with rotating on-call duties and weeks split between communities.

Starting salary ranges from $75,000 to $87,900, reflecting experience and licensure. You will supervise care staff, coordinate resident plans, and collaborate with families and physicians to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

Be at least 21 years of age.
Be licensed Med Tech or enrolled in Med Tech class within 90 days of hire.
May require LPN or RN license in good standing in the employment state.
Minimum three years of resident care experience in assisted living.
Knowledge of care standards, regulations, and medication handling.

Responsibilities

Direct an exceptional community culture through motivation, innovation, and development that provides exceptional customer service and quality care.
Assemble, catalogue, and manage the personalized care needs of residents and family expectations.
Ensure adherence to standards, policies, and regulations during onboarding and ongoing training for team members.
Assist community growth by working with Sales to assess resident needs and guide families to suitable options.
