The ideal candidate has 3+ years in resident care, a current LPN/RN license, and knowledge of care standards. Expect a hands-on leadership position within a values-driven team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of resident care experience in assisted living.
• Current LPN or RN license in good standing in the state of employment.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Knowledge of current care standards and regulations.
• Ability to communicate with physicians, pharmacies, families, and staff.
• Ability to supervise care staff and update service plans.

Responsibilities

• Direct an exceptional community culture through motivation, innovation, and development that provides exceptional customer service and quality care.
• Assemble, catalogue, and manage personalized care plans for residents and family expectations.
• Assist community growth and coordinate care with Sales to match resident needs.
• Ensure adherence to community standards, policies, procedures and applicable laws.
