Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee caregiver scheduling and ensure coverage for all clients.
• Proactively resolve gaps and last-minute changes to maintain uninterrupted care.
• Serve as the reliable point of contact for clients and caregivers.
• Keep client and caregiver profiles accurate and up to date in all systems.
• Work with the Memphis Care Manager to identify staffing needs and relay to recruiting.
• Support weekly payroll preparation by ensuring shift records are accurate.
