Griswold Home Care for North Dallas, Garland & Rockwall is seeking a diligent Care Coordinator to join our dynamic team. You will handle scheduling, client intakes, and field interactions, guiding families through our home care services with empathy and professionalism.

In this full-time role, you will conduct initial and follow-up visits, coordinate caregivers, and maintain compliant records while delivering exceptional customer service to clients and referral sources.

Responsabilidades

• Support office manager with scheduling and admin duties.
• Conduct telephone intakes with new or potential clients.
• Perform initial home visits to explain services and obtain signed agreements.
• Execute follow-up visits with existing clients.
• Manage all scheduling, including replacement caregivers.
• Resolve client, family, and caregiver differences.
• Maintain files to meet internal, state, and federal standards.
• Coordinate and interview prospective caregivers.
• Select and interact with appropriate caregivers.
• Conduct service calls with prospective clients.
