FirstLight Home Care in Simi Valley, CA is seeking a compassionate Care Coordinator to join our growing team. You will be the link between clients, families, and caregivers to ensure personalized, reliable home care.

Responsibilities include scheduling, intake calls, and maintaining records, while delivering excellent communication and organization in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in home care, healthcare coordination, or a related field preferred
• Home Care Aide Certificate required
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Compassionate, client-focused attitude with a passion for serving seniors and families
• Proficiency with scheduling software, CRM systems, or willingness to learn
• Ability to problem-solve quickly and remain calm under pressure
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus
