Job summary

FirstLight Home Care in Marina del Rey, CA is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide high-quality, non-medical in-home care for seniors and adults. Flexible scheduling includes full-time, part-time, mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts to fit your life while delivering exceptional care.

As an In-Home Caregiver, you’ll assist with personal care, mobility, meal prep, medication reminders, and companionship, helping clients stay safe and independent in their own homes.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Previous professional caregiving experience.
• Ability to pass required background checks.
• CPR/First Aid Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• As an In-Home Caregiver, you'll help seniors remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their homes by providing companionship and emotional support.
• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming and hygiene.
• Assist with mobility and transfers to maintain safety.
• Support activities of daily living (ADLs) and meal preparation.

Responsibilities

As an In-Home Caregiver, you'll help seniors remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their homes by providing:

• Companion care and emotional support
• Personal care assistance
• Bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Grocery shopping and errands
• Transportation to appointments and activities
• Dementia and Alzheimer's care, when applicable
• Fall prevention and home safety monitoring
• Observation and reporting of changes in client condition

Qualifications
