Traditional Home Care is seeking a Care Coordinator in Dunmore, PA. This full-time, salaried role supports daily client services and coordinates care in compliance with state regulations and company policy. You will oversee EVV and payroll tasks while building strong relationships with clients and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Previous home health care or home care experience highly desirable.
• High School or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred.
• Staffing experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and solve problems; strong presentation and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and quality home care.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payers, and community organizations.
• Coordinate client services and manage scheduling issues.
• Manage and grow your client caseload.
• Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team.
• Interview, hire, and orient reliable and compassionate caregivers.
• Function as primary support for daily EVV and payroll functions.
