CareGivers America in Jenkintown, PA is seeking a bilingual Care Coordinator to join our team and help connect clients with caregivers, coordinate schedules, and adapt quickly when plans change.

This full-time role requires English/Spanish bilingualism, 1+ year in customer service or scheduling, and strong communication and organizational skills; you should be comfortable using computers and learning new systems.

We're looking for a Bilingual Care Coordinator to join our Jenkintown team and help connect clients with caregivers, coordinate schedules, and solve problems when plans change.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate caregiver schedules and client coverage
• Respond to call-outs, open shifts, and schedule changes
• Communicate with clients, families, and caregivers
