Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• 1+ year of customer service, scheduling, staffing, healthcare, or similar experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate caregiver schedules and client coverage.
• Respond to call-outs, open shifts, and schedule changes.
• Communicate with clients, families, and caregivers.
• Match caregivers with clients based on needs and availability.
• Support new clients and starts of care.
• Follow up on scheduling and service concerns.
• Keep schedules and client information accurate.
