Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking a Care Coordinator & Scheduler in Columbia, MO to expertly match nurses with clients and keep schedules running smoothly.

You will coordinate staffing, communicate across nurses, caregivers, clients, and families, and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely care. Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required; PTO starts day one, and benefits are available.

• Experience in customer service, call centers, scheduling, staffing, or office coordination is preferred.
• Healthcare experience is a bonus—not required.
