Phoenix Home Care & Hospice in Columbia, Missouri is seeking a Care Coordinator & Scheduler who can think quickly, communicate clearly, and keep the day moving. You will coordinate schedules, match nurses with clients, and adapt when plans change.

You’ll work closely with nurses, clients, and families to build dependable schedules, update scheduling systems, and handle last-minute changes. Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving help you succeed in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, call centers, scheduling, staffing, or office coordination is preferred.
