Job summary

Children's Specialized ABA in Princeton, NJ is hiring a full-time Care Coordinator to support families and staff with scheduling and case starts on-site at the EI Center. The role emphasizes outstanding customer service and close collaboration with the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• 2 years experience with intake/care coordination OR 2 years in an ABA role.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to families to confirm availability and schedule next steps.
• Coordinate with clinical team, families and staff on start dates.
• Manage client and staff schedules in Central Reach.
• Audit EHR data for accuracy and completeness.
• Attend team meetings and report staffing needs.
• Engage in community outreach with local daycares.
