Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Care Coordinator to support families and staff by coordinating schedules, caseloads, and start dates, reporting to the Assistant Regional Clinical Director.

You will work with RBTs, document in EHR and Paylocity, and engage in community outreach to grow services. The role requires strong organizational skills and 2 years of intake/care coordination or ABA experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; higher education preferred (associate or bachelor’s).
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• 2 years experience with intake/care coordination OR 2 years in an ABA role.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to families once their assessment is completed to confirm availability and discuss next steps.
• Reach out to RBTs/BTs once they are hired to discuss caseloads and expectations.
• Accurate data entry and communication recorded in EHR and other software.
• Schedule start dates for families, coordinate with clinical team, families and employees.
• Coordinate restaff dates with families as needed.
• Manage client and staff schedules in Central Reach.
• Conduct monthly check-in with families and RBTs; document conversations and follow up.
• Audit all parts of EHR for accuracy and completeness.
• Evaluate staffing needs and communicate with team.
• Attend team meetings and communicate current needs.
• Engage in community outreach with daycares and partners to support growth.
