The Care Coordinator role assists families and staff with coordinating around their schedule and case starts. This role bridges the gap between client and employee scheduling/staffing and requires a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service to both families and staff. This role reports directly to the Assistant Regional Clinical Director.
This is a full time role that will be on‑site in our Greensboro, NC EI Center, supporting families in the surrounding area. The core hours for this role are Monday‑Friday 9:30am-6pm
We’re an amazing ABA provider! We take a whole‑child, whole‑caregiver approach. Our integrated model combines ABA therapy with speech, occupational therapy, and behavioral health support. You’ll be part of a deeply collaborative, mission‑driven team.
The expected salary range for this role is $55,000-$60,000 per year, and the position [is/is not] bonus eligible.
