Arosa Chicagoland is seeking a Care Coordinator who aligns with our mission to deliver high-quality in-home care and ensure a reliable pool of qualified professionals to meet current and future client needs.

You will recruit, screen, interview, orient and hire care professionals, manage schedules and payroll, verify credentials, and collaborate with Care Management to support retention, compliance and excellent customer service across the organization.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Recruitment or staffing experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• PC literacy required.

Responsabilités

• Recruits, screens, interviews, orients, and hires care professionals.
• Supports care professionals and promotes retention and job satisfaction.
• Collaborates with Care Management on credentialing and termination recommendations.
• Inputs and verifies schedules, ensuring shifts are staffed.
• Performs payroll and billing reconciliation for shifts.
• Provides information on benefits and policies to care professionals.
• Ensures compliance with state, local, and Arosa regulations.

Job Purpose or Summary:

In alignment with company mission, vision and values, the Care Coordinator is responsible for ensuring an optimal pool of qualified care professionals are scheduled according to the current needs of clients and are available to meet future needs.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Recruits, screens, interviews, orients, and hires care professionals, ensuring all requirements are in place.
• Serves as care professionals support, explaining company policies, assisting with conflict resolution, promoting retention and increased job satisfaction.
• In collaboration with Care Management staff, counsels, disciplines and makes termination recommendations of care professionals.
• Inputs, confirms and verifies schedules, ensuring all open shifts are staffed.
• Performs daily reconciliation of staffing exceptions, such as care professional tardiness, missed shifts, data entry errors, etc.
• Ensures accurate payroll and billing for all shifts.
• Provides information and resources to care professionals regarding company benefits and policies.
• Oversees the management of care professional credentials, ensuring full compliance with state, local and Arosa regulations and standards.
• Performs all responsibilities in accordance with professional codes of ethics, Arosa policies and procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• Customer service experience
• Positive attitude with team player mindset
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in recruitment or staffing preferred.
• Ability to work in a team environment required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• PC literacy is required.
