Job summary

Arosa is seeking a Care Coordinator to ensure a pool of qualified care professionals is scheduled to meet current and future client needs, aligned with the company mission and values.

The role involves recruiting and onboarding care staff, maintaining shifts, handling payroll, and providing guidance on company policies. It also requires credential management and adherence to applicable regulations while delivering strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and working with diverse clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior recruitment or staffing experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, screens, interviews, orients, and hires care professionals.
• Explains company policies and promotes retention and job satisfaction.
• In collaboration with Care Management staff, counsels, disciplines and may terminate care professionals.
• Inputs, confirms and verifies schedules, ensuring all open shifts are staffed.
• Performs daily reconciliation of staffing exceptions and payroll-related data.
• Ensures accurate payroll and billing for all shifts.
• Provides information and resources to care professionals regarding benefits and policies.
• Oversees the management of care professional credentials, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
• Performs responsibilities in accordance with ethics, policies, and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
