Job summary

360 Behavioral Health seeks a Care Coordinator to lead a clinician-driven team, supervise DSPs, and ensure high-quality, compassionate care for clients in a fast-paced setting.

This role requires 1+ year clinical experience, supervisory preference, and strong leadership and communication skills. Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm with evenings/weekends as needed; competitive pay and benefits.

• 1+ year of clinical experience working with individuals with diverse needs.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Comfortable in diverse home environments and culturally responsive.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach DSPs to deliver exceptional services
• Ensure families receive consistent, high-quality care
• Collaborate with Regional Centers, clients, and behavioral agencies
• Conduct staff meetings, professional development, and utilization reviews
• Provide clinical guidance and mentorship

• Competitive compensation: $23.00-$25.00/hour
• Required Availability- Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm evenings and weekends as needed.
