Job summary

360 Behavioral Health, Inc. is hiring a Direct Support Professional in Monterey Park, CA, to work with children and teens with developmental disabilities.

You’ll teach, inspire, and support daily living skills while following individualized plans and collaborating with families and center staff. Starting part-time (15–20 hours per week) with potential to grow to full-time, you’ll receive paid training, mileage reimbursement for distant clients, and opportunities for professional development as

Compensation, Schedule & Incentives

• Pay Range: $19.00-$20.50/per hour, based on experience and education
• Part-Time Start: Positions begin part-time with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week required
• Path to Full-Time: Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on center needs and your availability

Hiring Bonus

• $300 for part-time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months
• $600 for part-time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months

Additional Pay Incentives

• An additional incentive of $0.50 up to $2 per hour can be applied for applicable cases

Schedule Needs:

• Monday-Friday between the hours of 1:00pm-8:00pm.
• Weekends- Between the hours of 10am to 5pm or 1pm to 8pm
