360 Behavioral Health in Van Nuys, CA is hiring a Care Coordinator to lead a team of Direct Support Professionals and partner with families and Regional Centers to ensure compassionate, high-quality care.

You’ll supervise staff, provide clinical guidance, and coordinate trainings, while maintaining thorough documentation. The role demands strong leadership, bilingual Spanish, and the ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team; evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ year clinical experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Must pass background check/Live Scan.
• TB clearance, CPR/First Aid, and Crisis Prevention Certification.

Responsibilities

Your Role:
