360 Behavioral Health is seeking a Care Coordinator to lead and supervise DSPs, collaborating with families and Regional Centers to ensure compassionate, high-quality care. You’ll oversee staff development, documentation, and clinical guidance in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, team collaboration, and the ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary setting, with a strong commitment to culturally responsive care.

You’ll oversee Direct Support Professionals, collaborate with families and Regional Centers, and ensure every client receives high-quality, compassionate care.

• Competitive compensation: $23.00–$25.00/hour


• Required Availability- Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm evenings and weekends as needed.

Your Role:
