• Reliable, professional and able to work independently.

We are looking for an experienced and organised Care Coordinator to join our friendly and growing home care team. This is an important role within our office team, ensuring our clients receive reliable, high-quality care and that our Caregivers are effectively supported and coordinated.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and managing Caregiver rotas

Pay & Benefits

£27,000 per year
In addition to your basic salary, you will receive additional payments for on-call duties and any extra care calls you complete.
