Agincare is seeking a Care Coordinator in Andover to organise care schedules, match carers with clients, and support new care packages. You will plan rotas to ensure continuity of care and communicate with families and healthcare professionals.
Ideal candidates have strong organisation, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle, and at least 12 months remaining on the right to work in the UK. Training and development are provided.
