Salary: £19,946.81 for 22.5 hours per week, equivalent to £33,244.69 pro rata
Car allowance: £150.00 per month for 22.5 hours per week, equivalent to £300 per month pro rata
Location: Travel is primarily local to the geographical areas of service delivery

As Care Manager, you will support the Registered Care Manager with day-to-day care responsibilities, taking individual management responsibility for local authority funded care packages in your assigned area and ensuring care assessments, risk assessments and person-centred plans are completed to a high standard and within required timescales.
You will help ensure the highest possible standard of care is delivered in line with company policies, current care regulations, CQC requirements and person-centred best practice. The role involves working closely with clients, families, representatives, Personal Assistants, social workers, health professionals and other relevant organisations to ensure each client’s needs, rights and choices remain central to their care.
We are looking for someone who is organised, confident and committed to delivering excellent care. You will be able to work independently, manage competing priorities and build positive working relationships with clients, families, Personal Assistants and professionals.

Working hours are 22.5 hours per week. The salary is £19,946.81 for 22.5 hours per week, equivalent to £33,244.69 pro rata. A care allowance of £150.00 per month applies for 22.5 hours per week, equivalent to £300 per month pro rata.
