Banner Health is seeking a Care Coordination Operations Support Specialist in Sun City, AZ. You will onboard new hires, deliver training, audit KPIs, and analyze data to support care coordination across Banner Health’s facilities in the Phoenix metro area.

You will collaborate with clinical education and leadership to ensure standardized processes and high-quality care. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least two years in acute/post-acute settings, and BLS

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, health services administration or related field.
• Two years of experience in an acute or post-acute care setting.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Support Care Coordination leadership in onboarding and orientation of new hires.
• Audit and analyze defined KPIs, gather data metrics and reporting.
• Coordinate with Clinical Education to support onboarding and precepting of new hires.
• Operate within a matrixed leadership structure to communicate, educate and problem solve.
