Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represent the Agency as frontline liaison between patients, caregivers, and the CSM.
• Schedule services per plan of care and maintain weekly schedules.
• Maintain accurate patient/client schedules and document changes daily.
• Assist with payroll, billing processes, and filing personnel and medical records.
• Participate in caregiver recruitment, interviews, and references.
