UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our members and providers in Louisville, KY. You will handle high-volume calls, answer questions, and coordinate services with hospitals, clinics, and the clinical team.

This role requires a HS diploma, 1+ year of customer service, and proficiency with Word and Excel. You should be able to type while speaking and navigate multiple screens in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Must be able to create, edit, save and send documents using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must be able to type and talk at the same time and navigate through multiple screens.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the intake of members or the admission/discharge information post notification.
• Work with hospitals, clinics, facilities and the clinical team to manage requests for services from members and/or providers.
• Manage referrals, processing incoming and outgoing referrals and prior authorizations, including intake, notification and census roles.
• Provide appropriate triage and care coordination notification cases for non-clinical assessment/intervention.
• Handle resolution/inquiries from members and/or providers.
