Two Chairs is building a new kind of mental health system focused on exceptional clinician experiences, outcomes, and access to high-quality care.

Care Coordination is part of our Care Operations team, supporting clients and clinicians through their care journey with a 9am–5pm PT schedule and a focus on insurance, billing, and logistics. Equity in a fast-growing startup accompanies competitive PTO and health benefits.

Qualifications

• Client communications: support clients via phone and email in 8-hour shifts, 9-5 PT preferred.
• Clinician communications: assist clinical team with scheduling logistics and refunds.
• Knowledgeable or interested in health insurance and claims submission.

Responsibilities

• Client Communications: Support our clients via phone and email in 8-hour shifts, 9-5 PT preferred.
• Client communications: Serve as an empathetic point of contact for clients navigating care at Two Chairs.
• Client communications: Explain basic insurance benefits and Two Chairs billing & insurance processes to prospective clients and/or clients actively in care.
• Client communications: Continue to support clients throughout their care journey by answering questions related to care logistics and billing and insurance.
• Clinician communications: Support our clinical team with various operational workflows such as scheduling logistics and refund requests.
• Clinician communications: Help redirect clinician questions to the right team when necessary.
