Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule care services for clients within the servicing area, including veterans receiving authorized home care services.
• Coordinate and process pre-employment background checks in compliance with laws.
• Schedule interviews for prospective employees with supervisors.
• Verify caregivers meet all employment, training, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain caregiver and client schedules and data entry in the agency database.
• Answer calls, greet visitors, and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with caregiver orientation and onboarding.
• Prepare reports on staffing levels and scheduling needs for management.
• Ensure confidentiality of client and employee information.
