Job summary

Phoenix Home Care in Hutchinson, KS is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to organize day-to-day care delivered by field staff in clients’ homes. You will schedule visits and coordinate with clients and families to ensure smooth operations and growth.

Responsibilities include interviewing potential field staff, resolving issues, maintaining client records, and producing monthly summaries. A high level of organization and prior office experience are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior office experience is required.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Experience with scheduling or coordinating home-based care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule hours for in-home client visits.
• Manage ongoing relationships with clients, families, and field staff.
• Interview potential field staff employees.
• Troubleshoot problems and provide resolutions.
• Maintain client file documents.
• Prepare and submit monthly summaries/reports.
• Review potential client documents before acceptance.
