Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule hours to be delivered in the homes of clients.
• Manage ongoing relationships with clients, families, and field staff.
• Interview potential field staff employees.
• Troubleshoot problems and provide resolutions.
• Maintain client file documents.
• Maintain Monthly Summaries/Reports and submissions.
• Review potential client documents before accepting.
