Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of computer use across multiple applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• At least 1 year in customer service or healthcare-related setting.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient information and maintain records.
• Coordinate appointments and scheduling.
• Assist with insurance verification and patient communications.
• Support care team to ensure quality patient service.
• Adhere to HIPAA and OSHA policies.
