Qualifications

• High school completion is required.
• Experience in a service industry role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and their visitors entering the facility with enthusiasm.
• Provide concierge customer service while patients await and after their appointment.
• Assist in scheduling follow-up visits or tests as needed.
• Collaborate with P3 Health Partners teams and affiliates.
• Prepare patient charts by gathering information from multiple sources prior to visits.
• Obtain requested data or test results from various sources as needed by the team.
• Update and maintain accurate patient contact information.
• Maintain high standards of excellence and professionalism.
• Respond positively to manager feedback and adjust as required.
• Use technology to positively impact patient outcomes.
• Ensure patient privacy and HIPAA compliance for PHI.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
• Meet required trainings and respond to emails in a timely manner.
