Saber Health Group is seeking a Hospitality Aide to support residents and caregivers in a compassionate, family-like environment. The role focuses on safety, comfort, and responsive service, with opportunities to learn through nurse aide training and growth programs.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a high school program or be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• We can provide guidance and resources to help you earn your GED.
• Previous experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
• Must be able to communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must possess and demonstrate the ability to carry out both verbal and written directions.

Responsibilities

• Assist caregivers to provide a safe environment and attend to residents' physical needs.
• Greet residents and visitors, answer the telephone and inquiries, and provide service as requested.
• Support Nursing Assistants and the Charge Nurse as needed.
• Adhere to health, sanitary and infection control policies and procedures.
• Perform administrative tasks as directed by the community’s administration.
