Job summary

Saber Health Group is seeking a Hospitality Aide to support caregivers, greet residents, and assist with daily needs. You will attend our Nurse Aide Class as part of the role, with a focus on creating a safe, compassionate environment for residents.

The position offers full-time shifts, a supportive team, and programs to advance nursing careers through education, with benefits and PTO as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a high school program or be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• GED guidance and resources available to help earn your GED.
• Previous experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
• Must be able to communicate in English and have the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must possess and demonstrate the ability to carry out both verbal and written directions.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and answer the telephone.
• Provide the service that individuals expect and assist caregivers to create a safe environment.
• Perform administrative tasks as requested by community representatives.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies and procedures.
