Responsibilities

• Enter prescriptions from intake to order completion and verify member data.
• Contact patients, pharmacists, and doctors as a liaison for the pharmacy team.
• Communicate clearly with patients and healthcare providers by phone and electronic methods.
• Verify reimbursement status and resolve rejected claims.
• Process refills and interpret supply needs for various therapies.
• Follow State and Federal regulations and HIPAA requirements.
