Job summary

Proliance Surgeons in Renton, WA, is seeking a Care Center Manager to supervise the day-to-day administrative and operations of the clinic and satellite locations. You will lead staff, drive patient service excellence and coordinate clinical workflows to balance clinical quality with efficient operations.

You will primarily work at the Renton clinic with some duties at the Maple Valley location, Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, ensuring HIPAA compliance and a patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or Healthcare Administration preferred.
• Minimum of 5–7 years in a medical office setting; 2–3 years in a Manager or Supervisor role preferred.
• Excellent customer service, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a patient-focused customer service environment that maximizes satisfaction.
• Recruitment, hiring, onboarding, performance management, coaching and feedback for direct reports and the care center.
• Schedule, coach, supervise and guide staff to meet daily operational objectives.
• Oversee clinic workflow: registration, check-out, payments, records and communications.
• Direct liaison with administrators and physicians to meet patient needs, control costs and maximize productivity.
• Develop and implement quality, efficiency, teamwork and customer service initiatives.
