Job summary

Integrated Resources, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented data entry specialist to support the Care Access and Monitoring team. You will handle waiver authorizations, eligibility verification, and data entry across multiple systems, including QNXT and Care Advanced.

Training is onsite for three weeks with expected daily claims processing after completion. Candidates with 1 year of managed care or medical billing experience are preferred, but a 4-year college degree plus willingness to learn is

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of managed care experience in medical billing or a healthcare setting.
• Experience with HIPAA and confidential information handling.
• Proficient data entry and ability to enter and process authorization requests.

Responsibilities

• Build waiver authorizations for Medicaid and Medicare.
• Provide authorization to providers for billing dual services.
• Work in claims flow and research pending waiver claims.
• Initial data entry using QNXT, Care Advanced, Outlook and Excel.
