Qualicare KC Home Care is seeking Care Assistants for Northland surrounding areas for private in‑home care. We are not a facility and emphasize compassionate, one‑on‑one client support.

Responsibilities include personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, medication reminders, and documentation. Applicants should have caregiving experience, be 18+, hold a valid driver’s license, and demonstrate good judgment while serving clients and families.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving (life or professional) is preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must hold a valid Driver's License.
• Demonstrate good judgment when dealing with patients, visitors, families, and co-workers.

• Ability to bend, kneel, squat, and assist with transfers safely
• Strong bedside manner and respectful communication
• Dependable and punctual — reliability is crucial, as this is part of a 24/7 care schedule
