Qualicare KC Home Care is seeking an Overnight Care Assistants Needed – Private In-Home Care (N. Lee’s Summit/S. Blue Springs Area)We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Care Assistant to support a wonderful adult client in her home in Lee’s Summit/Blue Springs. This is private in-home care for a physically disabled adult recovering from an injury (non-senior).

Preferred Schedule:

7:00/7:30am to 10/10:30am 2 x a week.Additional hours may be available for the right fit. This client is 7days a week, 24hrs each day.

About the Client:

She is a kind and pleasant individual who values dignity, organization, and consistency. She requires assistance with:

• Restroom needs
• Showering and personal care (good organization and attention to detail are important)
• Light housekeeping
• Transfers (some lifting required, but not heavy)

Position Requirements:

• Ability to bend, kneel, squat, and assist with transfers safely
• Strong bedside manner and respectful communication
• Dependable and punctual — reliability is crucial, as this is part of a 24/7 care schedule
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive
