Qualicare KC Home Care is seeking an Evening Care Assistant to support a private in-home client in Lee’s Summit, MO. You will provide personal care, light housekeeping, transfers, and companionship in a respectful, compassionate manner.

The role requires reliability, the ability to follow care plans, and good judgment. Schedule is 6:30 PM - 9:30 PM with potential additional shifts for the right fit.

Qualifications

• Experience in life with caregiving or professionally.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must hold a valid Driver's License.
• Demonstrate good judgment when dealing with patients, visitors, families, and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Be caring and compassionate toward clients and their caretakers.

Qualicare KC Home Care is seeking an EVENING Care Assistant Needed – Private In-Home Care (N. Lee’s Summit 64082 Area.

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Care Assistant to support a wonderful adult client in her home in Lee’s Summit. This is private in-home care for a physically disabled adult recovering from an injury (non-senior).

Preferred Schedule: 6:30 PM - 9:30 PM Additional hours/shifts may be available for the right fit.

About the Client: She is a kind and pleasant individual who values dignity, organization, and consistency. She requires assistance with:

Restroom needs

Showering and personal care (good organization and attention to detail are important)

Light housekeeping

Transfers (some lifting required, but not heavy)

Position Requirements:

Ability to bend, kneel, squat, multiple times throughout shift and assist with transfers safely

Strong bedside manner and respectful communication

Dependable and punctual — reliability is crucial, as this is part of a 24/7 care schedule

Compassionate, patient, and attentive
