Qualicare KC Home Care in Holden, MO is seeking a reliable and compassionate Early Morning Care & Evening Care Assistant to support a private in-home client in Lee's Summit.

This role focuses on personal care, light housekeeping, transfers, meal prep, and companionship in a 24/7 schedule. Training and opportunities for advancement are offered; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualicare KC Home Care is seeking an Early Morning Care & Evening Care Assistant Needed - Private In-Home Care Holden, MO. Female client. CNA Skill Set Required (does not have to be an active license)

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Care Assistant to support a wonderful adult client in her home in Lee's Summit. This is private in-home care for a physically disabled adult recovering from an injury (non-senior).

Preferred Schedule:

• Saturday and Sunday early Mornings (Sunday needs a 7am start time)
• Saturday and Sunday Evenings
• Additional hours may be available for the right fit with other clients.

About the Client:

• Restroom needs
• Showering and personal care (good organization and attention to detail are important)
• Light housekeeping
• Transfers (lifting required, but not heavy)
• Being proactive and attentive to needs, learning to anticipate needs as you get to know things goes a LONG way!

Position Requirements:

• Ability to bend, kneel, squat, and assist with transfers safely and consistently
• Strong bedside manner and respectful communication
• Dependable and punctual - reliability is crucial, as this is part of a 24/7 care schedule
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive
