Qualicare KC Home Care is seeking a reliable and compassionate Care Assistant to support an adult client in her home in Lee’s Summit. This is private in-home care for a physically disabled adult recovering from an injury (non-senior).

Preferred schedule includes 7:00 AM – 12:00 AM and/or 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with additional hours possible for the right fit. Benefits include competitive salary, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving, professional or personal.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must hold a valid Driver's License.
• Reliable transportation to run errands or drive between client shifts.

Qualicare KC Home Care is seeking an Early Morning Care Assistant Needed – Private In-Home Care (N. Lee’s Summit/S. Blue Springs Area)

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Care Assistant to support a wonderful adult client in her home in Lee’s Summit. This is private in-home care for a physically disabled adult recovering from an injury (non-senior).

Preferred Schedule:

• 7:00 AM – 12:00 AM and/or
• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Additional hours may be available for the right fit.

About the Client:

• Restroom needs
• Showering and personal care (good organization and attention to detail are important)
• Light housekeeping
• Transfers (some lifting required, but not heavy)
• Being proactive and attentive to needs, learning to anticipate needs as you get to know things goes a LONG way!

Position Requirements:

• Ability to bend, kneel, squat, and assist with transfers safely and consistently
• Strong bedside manner and respectful communication
• Dependable and punctual - reliability is crucial, as this is part of a 24/7 care schedule
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive
