Job summary

You will liaise with providers and members to ensure seamless access to benefits, assist with billing questions, and support members through the care process in a fast-paced, value-based environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; AA degree preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills essential.
