Job summary

• Ability to learn new lines of business, software, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Educate members and providers about benefit plans.
• Schedule member appointments and navigate bills for Medicare lines of business.
• Arrange transportation for members as needed.
• Assist with navigating provider networks and benefits information.
