Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our Cardiovascular Unit (Unit 1). The role provides general nursing care across the continuum in a 24/7 operation.

The RN is accountable to the Ohio Board of Nursing and will delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs while ensuring safe, evidence-based care. This position involves assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, with focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Must have Ohio RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification required.
• BSN required within 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess and provide nursing care across the Cardiovascular Unit 24/7.
• Delegate tasks to licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and UAPs.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; participate in process improvement.
