Job summary

This full-time, day-shift role requires Ohio RN license (or multi-state compact), BLS, and BSN consideration after five years.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from Ohio and/or compact state.
• BLS certification is required.
• BSN required after 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Perform initial and ongoing health status assessments.
• Document planned nursing interventions based on diagnoses.
• Lead and participate in process improvements for quality and safety.
• Operate within a High Reliability Organization emphasizing safety and efficiency.
