Job summary

The role requires a current Ohio RN license, BLS, a BSN preferred with 5 years' employment experience; you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, delegate tasks to LPNs/UAPs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or current Registered Nurse license in good standing with a multi-state compact state.
• BLS certification
• BSN required at 5 years of employment

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial and ongoing health status assessment.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates response to nursing interventions and revises plan of care.
• Leadership - Participates in process improvement activities to improve clinical quality and patient satisfaction.
• Operations - Performs operational duties as needed and supports department objectives.
