Qualifications

• RN licensed in Ohio with current BLS CPR certification.
• Strong assessment, planning, and collaboration with care teams.
• Knowledge of cardiovascular patient care protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assess and address patient and family needs across the health-illness continuum.
• Document diagnoses, plan care, and monitor outcomes with the team.
• Lead or participate in process improvements for quality and safety.
• Engage in safety, quality, and efficiency initiatives as an HRO.
• Support cardiovascular unit operations and shift responsibilities.
